Another local area city has again made it to the top of a list. According to Forbes Magazine, Raleigh has been named as the best place in the nation to sell a home. Bucking current trends in the housing market, where a glut of new homes, and subprime mortgage fall-out has shaken the foundations of the housing market, like the Loma Prieta fault shook San Francisco in ’89. Forbes points to Raleigh’s moderate growth and disciplined building, as well as it’s strong economic base, as key points for keeping it’s value. Click here for full story.
