Easy strolls down the new greenway path to Koka Booth Amphitheatre, and a few more feet to the new Life Time Fitness, as well as easy access to shopping at Whole Foods, Trader Joes make this a compelling new location to build high end homes.

I often run from my home in Lochmere to enjoy the paths and scenery. Development is cranking along, with mixed use and some retail (I think) going up.
